    Have a Question for Us?

You’re not alone. Below you’ll find clear answers to the most common questions our clients ask. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, feel free to reach out.

Most projects take 3–8 weeks. The timeline covers site survey, design, permitting, installation, utility approval, and system turn-on. We share a simple schedule up front so you know what’s next.

Maybe. If your electrical panel doesn’t have enough capacity for solar, a battery, or a Level 2 EV charger, we’ll recommend an upgrade or a load-management solution. We do a full load calculation during the consultation and include any panel work in the proposal.

In most cases, adding a battery to an existing NEM 2.0 solar system does not change your NEM status. We’ll verify your interconnection paperwork with the utility and design the battery to keep your enrollment intact whenever possible.

Solar has few moving parts, which makes it durable and low-maintenance. We recommend a performance check each year and a deeper electrical inspection every 2–3 years. Microinverters and panels carry long warranties; batteries typically have separate capacity warranties. If output dips or hardware fault codes appear, we diagnose and service systems.
